About Us:
Dave Greenwood has been doing home inspections for over 20 years. He has experience with homes as old as the 1800's and as new as 2023. Before his career in home inspections he owned a contracting business with his father. Continuing with this family tradition his daughter, Katie Greenwood joined him in May of 2017 taking over the radon inspection business. Katie's background is in International Studies and Women's Studies but she has been a certified radon inspector since April of 2017.

What we do:
Home Inspections
Thorough structural home inspections performed in accordance with the national home inspector standards. Reports are generated using Home Gauge and are typically available the same day of the inspection. Pricing depends on the size and age of the home.
Baltimore County Rental Inspections
Inspections performed in rental properties in Baltimore County. These inspections cost $125.
Radon inspections
We use short term e-perms to check for radon in homes according to the standards set by the EPA. Test results are typically available in two days. The inspection costs $125 if scheduled with a home inspection and $140 if scheduled independantly.
PRE-LISTING INSPECTIONS
If you are looking to sell your home in the future and would like a licensed home inspector to take you on a walk and talk through your house. Pricing depends of the size and age of the home.
